This is the most customized and hands-on coaching experience available. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your performance, you'll receive expert guidance, accountability, and a progressive plan built just for you.

  • Includes one 60-minute assessment

  • Three 60-minute personal training sessions

  • Perfect for those looking to get started or ease back into training

Ongoing Coaching Options (includes goal tracking, customized programming, and session-based accountability):

  • 3-Month Commitment: $120/session

  • 6-Month Commitment: $110/session

  • 12-Month Commitment: $100/session

​

Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered in-person at TFA West Shore.
