Hey, I’m Tera—founder, personal trainer, and someone who genuinely cares about how you *feel*, not just how you move.

 

With over six years of experience, a diploma in Personal Training from NAIT, and certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, I’ve helped hundreds of clients improve their strength, mobility, and confidence—but most importantly, their relationship with themselves.

 

At Embodiment, I'm not here to shout at you through burpees (okay I might do that) or push you past your limits for the sake of it. We take a whole-person approach to fitness in a space that’s warm, welcoming, and never intimidating.

 

Our programs are personalized to support your body *and* your mind, combining:

 

* Strength and mobility training

* Corrective exercise and injury prevention

* Nutrition, stress, and sleep support

* Mindset coaching and real-life habit building
